What gets deleted: conversation transcripts, weekly reviews, memories, journal notes, practices, goals, topics, patterns, push-notification registration, and your Myndo sign-in details.
What we don't store: voice recordings. We transcribe your voice in real-time and discard the audio.
What we keep for up to 7 years: a billing-audit record containing your internal account ID, subscription history, and aggregate session counts. No transcripts, recordings, or personal content. Required for fraud and billing-dispute response (GDPR Article 13/14 transparency).
What lives outside Myndo: payment records held by Adapty and Stripe follow their retention policies.
