Your privacy and your data

How your voice is handled, how your conversations are used, who can see them, and where the boundaries are.

Myndo is a place to think out loud, and that only works if it's genuinely private. Here's how that works — and where the boundaries are.

What happens to your voice

Your voice is processed in real time. No audio is stored. Transcripts are separated from your identity. No ads, no data sale. Privacy is part of the product, not a footer link.

How your conversations are used

What you talk about is used to personalise your coaching — so Myndo can carry the thread from one conversation to the next, instead of meeting you as a stranger every time. You can see everything it's kept in the Self tab, and change or remove any of it (see Correcting or removing what Myndo remembers).

Who can see your conversations

No human access is required for normal use. If you ever contact support about something that needs a closer look, they can only see your content if you explicitly grant permission — and you choose how long that lasts, and can take it back at any time.

Is Myndo therapy?

No. Myndo is coaching and reflection for everyday moments — the ten minutes before a hard conversation, the hour before sleep, a walk to reset. It is not diagnosis or crisis care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider or a local helpline — see If you're in crisis.

Getting your data, or removing it

You can export everything Myndo has, or delete your account entirely, whenever you want. See Exporting or deleting your data.
