Trouble signing in
Can't get back into Myndo? Use the method you signed up with — and how to reach us if you're stuck.

If you can't get back into Myndo, this should sort it out.
Use the way you signed up
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email and a password. If you signed up with one and later try another — Apple instead of Google, say — you'll land on a different account with none of your history. Use the same method you started with.
Note: On Android, sign-in is Google or email — Apple sign-in is only on iPhone and the web.
Not sure which you used? Try Google (or Apple, on iPhone) first. If that's how you signed up, you'll go straight in.
Email sign-in
- Verification code didn't arrive? New email sign-ups get a 6-digit code. Check your spam folder, then tap Resend.
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the steps — you'll get a code, then set a new one.
Still locked out?
If none of this works, email support@myndo.ai from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.
