If a conversation won't connect, drops, or mishears you

Most conversations connect in a second or two. When something goes wrong, here's what to check.
It won't connect
- Check your internet connection and try again.
- Make sure your microphone is on (see Turning on your microphone).
- If Myndo can't join, you'll see Couldn't connect — tap to retry. Tap to try again.
- On the web, if it can't start you'll see Session ended, with a link to email support@myndo.ai.
It dropped partway through
If your phone locks or you switch apps mid-conversation, the connection can drop. For now, keep Myndo in the foreground while you're talking. If it does drop, just start again — your summary up to that point is saved.
It's mishearing me
Myndo understands spoken English. If it gets a word wrong, you don't have to start over — just say "that's not right" and keep going. A quieter spot with less background noise helps too.
